Our Team.

Pamella is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work Degree from St. Ambrose University 2015'.  She has been a medical case manager since 2019, with a background of work in geriatric, adolescent, behavioral health, education (as a School Social Worker, and School Board member), criminal justice community corrections, substance abuse and advocacy.  She is a certified advanced case manager through the NASW, and a Certified Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and belonging Facilitator.  She is passionate about advocating for underprivileged and underserved populations in Illinois. Resource finding and medical social work is an expertise of hers.
